Miranda Beeson is an intellectual property consultant. With a broad understanding of copyright law she has held both freelance and staff positions negotiating rights and permissions for protected properties, while advising and implementing policies pertaining to copyright.
She has worked with the estates of numerous well-known artists such as Picasso, Matisse and Calder, actors, musicians, luminaries, corporate entities such as the NFL and the MLB not to mention the first astronauts to land on the moon and Tenzing Norgay & Sir Edmund Hillary, the first mountaineers to climb Everest.
She is adept in the art of negotiation, with an understanding of the personal nature of licensing protected work whether it be fine art, talent, music, film, photography, literature or baseball.
She represents the estates of several composers.
